KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Designed and created custom light rigs for characters & set extension.

  • Followed lighting direction provided by my Key Artists.

  • Assisted with rotoscoping tasks for shot preparation.

  • Worked with shadows to create depth and realism.

  • Navigated and studied previous shots to match key shots.

  • Management of volumetric light setups.

  • Worked closely with CG Supervisor and the Lighting Lead to create compelling lighting solutions.

  • Adjusted AOVS, lighting rigs, effects, and shading to match live action plates.

  • Optimized lighting setups and scenes.

  • ​Created basic slapcomps for first shot preview.

  • Communicated constantly with other departments about schedules and deadlines and work to these efficiently.

  • Rendered shots. Creating efficient rendering setups in order to optimize render farm usage.

  • Troubleshooted and resolved technical lighting challenges to maintain production efficiency.

  • Maintained a high level of detail and realism while meeting production deadlines.Take direction and iterate based on feedback while maintaining artistic quality.

  • Balanced artistic process while taking care of the technical side of every shot.

  • Communicated with production on a regular basis and provide aesthetic feedback when required.
